We started our meal with the Pretzels and Beer Cheese. The pretzels were soft and chewy with the right amount of salt, and the cheese sauce was creamy and delicious. My son ordered the cheeseburger and said it was very bland and flavorless. I tasted it, and I would have to agree that it lacked flavor. My wife ordered the Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich and couldn't stop raving about it. She it was so delicious. I ordered the Tenderloin sandwich with the toppings, and it was absolutely delicious. A deliciously crispy and crunchy exterior and a juicy center made this sandwich a major hit. The fresh vegetable toppings added that additional crunch that made the sandwich taste even better. The onion rings tasted delicious because it had the right balance of breading, and the breading was perfectly seasoned. The fries were perfectly seasoned as well and had a crispy exterior and soft pillowy interior. The waitress was very friendly and attentive.

We recently visited Dawson’s on Main after receiving a gift card, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Even though the restaurant was quite busy during lunch, we were seated immediately, which was a pleasant surprise. Our server, Kelsey, was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and reasonably priced. Everything we ordered exceeded our expectations, and we truly had no complaints. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a great meal. It’s clear that Dawson’s is a local favorite, and now we understand why! We will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent food and service in Speedway.

***You must check this place out!*** Everything we tasted went beyond expectations. The calamari was the best I have tested. The quesadilla was out of this world. Their signature ranch was incredible! The cook on April 13th 2025 should be recognized! The flavor was unmatched ! Shaylee was our waitress and she was kind and attentive! Seated quickly, drink orders taken and presented quickly, food served quickly with grace, the option to request to-go containers as we were finishing our food, not after, with the bill right behind .. Shaylee and the grill were rockstars! The atmosphere was that of a 5 star. The food quality most definitely 5 star. The fact that the pricing was absolutely reasonable is hard to come by. More people should know of this place! I'm glad I stumbled across it in my Google search for my sister's birthday dinner request to be diner food! We will return!

This was an excellent choice! We were seated immediately and had excellent service. The beef tips appetizer with toasted pita is tender and seasoned perfectly with a side of coleslaw. I didn't need an entree with that. The table had the Reuben, Burger and the quesadilla (it was incredible!). We had a lovely experience.

Above and beyond expectations. Service was better than pre-covid levels. Portions were large - can eat half your meal, get dessert and that gives you a meal for the next day. Fantastic experience. Easter dinner was same, Great - as expected.

I was looking for a decent lunch spot while in town for a training, and happened to see this place on maps. Always on the hunt for a great tenderloin, the menu here really intrigued me. I walked in and was immediately seated. The bartender Chad immediately introduced himself and let me know their daily specials. I ordered the breaded tenderloin with fries and got the calamari steak based on Chad's recommendation. The appetizer came out super fast and was quickly followed by the tenderloin. All of the food I tried was fantastic. I also saw the steak tacos and meatloaf sandwich go by which all looked really great too. This place is well worth the trip and I will be back soon to try more on the menu!

The other reviews on here are legit! This place was great. Everyone we met was super friendly and very helpful. Our waitress made sure that we constantly had drinks in our glasses. I ordered the tenderloin which has a lot of traffic here in the Google maps reviews and it is no joke. You can tell that it’s hand breaded, and it tastes fantastic. My wife ordered the chicken quesadilla and said that it was the best quesadilla she’s ever had in her life. Both of our meals came out incredibly fast. I’m talking less than 15 minutes and everything was piping hot. If I had to say there was something not super awesome it would be the fries. They were sort of run-of-the-mill beer battered fries that didn’t have much flavor to them, but I’m not a fry guy so that’s totally cool. If you’re in the area I strongly encourage you to check this place out and grab a meal.

Great customer service. Full menu from appetizers, soup, salads, sandwiches, burgers and entrees. They also have lunch specials. Check out the menu online. The chicken salad sandwich is delicious and served on a croissant. The salad contains celery, grapes and nuts. The side salad is very large. The Atlantic white fish lunch was very tasty. Nicely fried but still moist. The French Fries were battered and extra crispy. We were there for lunch and as it filled up with customers, it got a little noisy. There is outdoor patio seating. Lots of side streets for easy parking.
